Direction 2024 : Spelling out a variety of career paths

Direction 2024 saw our respondents go big with our brand and Skills Jersey brought the letters to life for us. We've had ladders, arrows and logos in the past but this year people really got into it and it made for a great set of shots to accompany our profiles.
